Norfolk Natural Living 是來自英國的衣物及居家清潔用品品牌，以英國Norfolk當地的自然環境為靈感，品牌主張以純淨的天然原料製作出對人體及環境無害的清潔用品，提供衣物最自然溫柔的洗淨與呵護，有別於市售的衣物清潔劑，系列商品皆不含氯、螢光劑、石油添加劑…等化學成份，這不只是為了減少對肌膚的刺激，也是降低不可分解的物質排入河流之中增加大自然的負擔。

追求自然環保為品牌理念

在包裝上也延續其自然環保的品牌理念，使用100%可回收的PET材質，並且鼓勵重複使用瓶罐，至品牌門市補充清潔劑 (目前台灣尚無提供此服務)，避免造成環境的負擔。

使用說明	【機洗】加入3瓶蓋柔軟精，請遵循衣物洗滌標示及洗衣機使用說明。【手洗】請將衣物清洗乾淨後在1公升水中加入3瓶蓋柔軟精浸泡衣物，再徹底將衣物清洗乾淨。
